3MZ Tensile is a UTM Machine and is the latest development of the so-called medium load instruments. It’s equipped with pneumatic or mechanical grippers, and can also be used in conjunction with bending test equipment. 3MZ Tensile is a versatile machine, which based on the individual testing needs of the customer can have up to 3 loading cells, always equipped with their own sets of grippers, for the completion of tensile tests to breaking point.

Drive: Servo-Electric
Operation: Automatic, Semi-automatic, Manual.

The 3MZ machine is a really Universal Testing Machine, and is designed for operation in compliance with the main world standards on tests methods based on the specific applications.

Standards of reference and applications: ASTM E4, ISO 7500-1  EN 10002-2, JIS B7721, GB/T 16825.1 DIN 51221, BS 1610 and/or equivalent

THE EASYQS SOFTWARE IS THE SAME THAT IS ALSO USED FOR THE AURA (HIGH LOAD TESTS) AND THE DYNO (VERY LOW LOAD TESTS) OF UTM MACHINE MODELS:

Our system is based on several cards (for axis control + cell readers) with Canbus connection, for displacements to position or force, with 1000 Hz feedback speed. The reading of the loading cell therefore takes place 1000 times per second, with a maximum resolution of 200,000 divisions.
Operation and numeric control with HDD touch screen computer.
The two-column self-supporting structure with ball screws and the electronics allow sinusoidal profile stress cycles that preserve the integrity of the machine and allow excellent performance, in spite of the ball screw driven movement. DC motor, encoder (or optical scale).
The program has been fully developed by Easydur for Windows 10 platform operation with internal management of archives, statistics and certificates in Excel format, therefore fully modular and customisable by the customer.
The capacities of the optional loading cells can be combined based on individual needs (100 N to 50 KN). The cells are selected using the software and are protected from overload even when not in use. The release of the axis is automatic in case of out of scale value or unforeseen impact.
Built-in cell sagging compensation. Adjustable testing speed.
Simple use: The test can be completed simply using the buttons of the front panel, without need to access the previously set programs.

3MZ Tensile was designed to allow our customers to operate in full compliance with the INDUSTRY 4.0 philosophy, thanks to the possibility of interfacing the machine with the own company management software of the customer.
