DYNO Tensile Universal Testing Machine is the ideal tool for anyone needing low load instruments. It’s equipped with standard or customised accessories, depending on the fastenings required by the application. The DYNO Tensile model is a machine with a versatile design and can be considered a version of our two-column dynamometer dedicated to tensile tests on plastic, rubber, fabric, paper, and cardboard tubes, as well as on all those applications requiring a relatively low load (from 10 N, to 10 kN).

Drive: Servo-Electric
Operation: Automatic, Semi-automatic, Manual.

The DYNO machine is a true Universal Testing Machine, and is designed for operation in compliance with the main world standards on tests methods based on the specific applications. It is important to notice that its lower charge, 10 N, makes it really accurate even in those situations requiring a very low load.

Standards of reference and applications: ASTM E4, ISO 7500-1  EN 10002-2, JIS B7721, GB/T 16825.1 DIN 51221, BS 1610 and/or equivalent

THE EASYQS SOFTWARE IS THE SAME THAT IS ALSO USED FOR THE AURA RANGE (HIGH LOAD TESTS) AND THE DYNO RANGE OF DYNAMOMETERS (VERY LOW LOAD TESTS):

Our system is based on several cards (for axis control + cell readers) with CAN-bus connection, for displacements to position or force, with 1000 Hz feedback speed. The reading of the loading cell therefore takes place 1000 times per second, with a maximum resolution of 200,000 divisions.
Operation and numeric control with HDD touch screen computer.
The two-column self-supporting structure with ball screws and the electronics allow sinusoidal profile stress cycles that preserve the integrity of the machine and allow excellent performance, in spite of the ball screw driven movement. DC motor, encoder (or optical scale).
The software of this Universal Testing Machine has been fully developed by Easydur and is based on Windows 10 platform. It allows internal management of archives, statistics and certificates in Excel format, therefore fully modular and customisable by the customer.

LOAD CELLS AND SAFETY MEASURES

The capacities of the optional loading cells mounted on this bench dynamometer can be combined based on individual needs (10 N to 10 KN). The cells are selected using the software and are protected from overload even when not in use. The release of the axis is automatic in case of out of scale value or unforeseen impact.
Built-in cell sagging compensation. Adjustable testing speed.
Simple use: The test can be completed simply using the buttons of the front panel, without need to access the previously set programs.

Dyno Tensile is designed to allow our customers to operate in full compliance with the INDUSTRY 4.0 philosophy, thanks to the possibility of interfacing the machine with the company management software of the customer.
