computer<\/strong>, provided with a powerful Hard Disk for data and recipe storage.<\/p>\n<p>The EasyQS testing software has been\u00a0<strong>fully developed by Easydur for Windows 10\/11 platform<\/strong>\u00a0and allows operations such as internal management of archives, redaction of statistics and certificates in Excel format: it is fully modular and customizable.<\/p>\n<p>The capacities of the optional loading cells, which can be up to 3, can be combined based on individual needs (from 100 N to 1.000 kN). For higher\u00a0<strong>loads up to 3.000 kN<\/strong>\u00a0we recommend the installation of only one load cell.<\/p>\n<h3>TESTING SOFTWARE: EASE OF USE<\/h3>\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/div>\n<p>With EasyQS testing software\u00a0<strong>the creation of test recipes is fast<\/strong>\u00a0and can either start totally by zero, or be guided by our\u00a0<strong><em>wizard<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(for example, a test recipe requiring the integration of an oven for high-temperature tensile tests according to\u00a0<strong>ASTM E21<\/strong>\u00a0standard can be saved and recalled at will, in a matter of seconds).<\/p>\n<p>The test can be completed simply by using the buttons on the front panel, without any need to access the previously set programs.<\/p>\n<h3>LOAD CELLS PROTECTION AND SAFETY FEATURES\u00a0 OF THE TENSILE TESTING MACHINE<\/h3>\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/div>\n<p>The two-column self-supporting structure with ball screws and the electronics allow\u00a0<strong>sinusoidal profile stress cycles<\/strong>\u00a0that preserve the integrity of the machine and allow excellent performance.<\/p>\n<p>This also thanks to the precision granted by the\u00a0<strong>ball screw driven movement<\/strong>, which occurs via means of\u00a0<strong>DC brushless motors<\/strong>, coupled with an\u00a0<strong>absolute encoder<\/strong>\u00a0(or optical scale).<\/p>\n<p>The 3 load cells are always mounted on the machine, removing any need for assembling\/disassembling and can be selected using the software. Each cell is\u00a0<strong>protected from overload<\/strong>\u00a0even when not in use. The release of the axis is automatic in case of out of scale value or unforeseen impact. Built-in cell sagging compensation and adjustable testing speed complete the set of features related to load cells preservation.<\/p>\n<h3>TESTING MACHINES AND INDUSTRY 4.0: THE NEW FRONTIER OF MATERIAL TESTING<\/h3>\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/div>\n<p>The Aura Tensile range and the dedicated testing software EasyQS are designed to allow our customers to operate in full compliance with the\u00a0<strong>INDUSTRY 4.0<\/strong>\u00a0philosophy, thanks to the possibility of interfacing the machine with the company management software.<\/p>\n<p>This happens
