This allows control over production that extends to 100% of the components.<\/p>\n<p>Easydur designed this line hardness tester in such a way as to ensure smooth and automatic transition between the two available indenters, in order to be able to perform both Rockwell hardness tests (HRC\/HRB) and Brinell hardness tests (HB, mainly Brinell 3000).<\/p>\n<p>In fact, one of the main features of this innovative line hardness tester is that it has a turret head with two different indenters: it is precisely this that allows both HRC and HB hardness tests to be performed without having to manually change the indenter. The machine performs tests by directly communicating with the forklift truck or handling system through the barcode using the OPC-UA protocol.
