employs 6 load cells, and is provided with a proprietary software specifically developed by Easydur, able to provide the user with 3D charts and detailed reports for studying spring behaviour and performing a correct spring characterization.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Side Load spring testing machine is equipped with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>3 cells at 120\u00b0<\/strong>\u00a0for axial loading and centring of point of rest<\/li>\n<li><strong>3 cells at right angles<\/strong>\u00a0for calculating the slope of the straight line of application of Force and for lateral Force<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>THE FOLLOWING MEASUREMENTS WILL BE OBTAINED SIMULTANEOUSLY:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Side Force<\/strong>\u00a0<em>Fx<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em>Fy<\/em>\u00a0according to the direction of the X and Y axes<\/li>\n<li><strong>Input and output coordinates<\/strong>\u00a0of the Force of the spring<\/li>\n<li>Value of the Force, direction and position of the resulting Force\u00a0<strong>during the whole movement<\/strong>\u00a0of the spring<\/li>\n<li><strong>Axial Force<\/strong>\u00a0<em>Fz<\/em>\u00a0along the Z axis<\/li>\n<li><strong>Moment of reaction<\/strong>\u00a0<em>Mz<\/em>\u00a0with respect to the vertical axis<\/li>\n<li><strong>Resulting lateral Force<\/strong>\u00a0<em>Fq<\/em>\u00a0associated with its angle\u00a0<em>aq<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Top and bottom eccentricity<\/strong>\u00a0of Force according to polar coordinates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SOFTWARE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The software of this spring testing machine has been developed in-house by EASYDUR and is based on\u00a0<strong>Windows 10<\/strong>\u00a0operating system, with internal management of\u00a0<strong>statistics, archives<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>certificates<\/strong>\u00a0in Excel form, completely customisable by the user.<\/p>\n<p>Statistics are calculated\u00a0<strong>in real time<\/strong>\u00a0and the following may be obtained for every measurement taken:\u00a0<em>Mean, Sigma, CP, Cpk, Gauss Curve, Histogram.<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The data and 3D charts are displayed and updated in real time (<strong>1000 Hz<\/strong>), allowing the user to understand immediately which are the most
