It\u2019s carried out using the\u00a0<strong>Charpy pendulum<\/strong>, a standardised testing instrument that performs the test by using a calibrated mallet tied to a pivot, lowered onto a specimen secured at the ends.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>preparation of the sample<\/strong>\u00a0is what characterises the resilience test: the sample is\u00a0<strong>engraved using a broaching machine<\/strong> following specific standards.<\/p>\n<p>The completion of the tests produces two main results: the\u00a0<strong>resilience value<\/strong>, provided by the testing machine, and the\u00a0<strong>lateral deformation<\/strong>\u00a0obtained by analysing the broken sample.<\/p>\n<p>Easydur offers several models of Charpy pendulum (<strong>from 300 to 750 J<\/strong>), which can
