3D part inspection unit
Camera-based automatic equipment for the control of the whole production, such as springs and other profiles. Up to 3 cameras can be inserted. The system is equipped with a PC based on Windows and on the EASYDUR software for image analysis. The operator can program it as needed, being the software very open, flexible and intuitive. All the results are stored, thus allowing to obtain statistics and to print customizable certificates in Excel format.
