Die Analyse der Eigenschaften der vom Kunden hergestellten Materialien erfolgt durch Zugversuche an knochenf\u00f6rmigen Proben und Druckversuche an St\u00e4ben mit verschiedenen Durchmessern und Dicken.<\/p>\n<p>Wie bereits erw\u00e4hnt, handelt es sich bei dem Produkt um <strong>Recyclinggummi<\/strong>, genauer gesagt um eine <strong>Mischung aus EPDM und SBR<\/strong>, die durch die Verarbeitung von Reifen zu Rollen unterschiedlicher Dicke in einer autoklav\u00e4hnlichen Maschine auf einer 60-Meter-langen Linie gewonnen wird, die 4 Tonnen pro Stunde (ca. 500 Reifen) verarbeiten kann, was eine beachtliche Produktionsmenge darstellt.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Stoffe werden h\u00e4ufig f\u00fcr Sportger\u00e4te, aber auch in der Industrie (f\u00fcr Riemen, Schl\u00e4uche) verwendet, w\u00e4hrend die <strong>Kunststoff-Gummi-Agglomerate<\/strong> zur Schalld\u00e4mmung eingesetzt werden.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><div  id=\"foto\"  class='flex_column Es sind nicht nur zwei Arten von Tests erforderlich (statischer Zugversuch + Druckversuch), sondern auch eine betr\u00e4chtliche Anzahl von Prototypen zu testen und <strong>Daten zu versenden und zu speichern<\/strong>, da die Produktion auch verschiedene Arten von Mischungen umfasst, die durch die kontinuierliche Forschung und Experimente entwickelt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Anforderungen in Verbindung mit den geringen Belastungen haben uns sofort veranlasst, <strong>DYNO<\/strong> vorzuschlagen, unsere Universalmaschine f\u00fcr Zug-, Druck-, Biege-, Scher- und Sch\u00e4lversuche. Bei der hier vorgestellten Maschine handelt es sich um die zweis\u00e4ulige Tischversion, hier in einer kundenspezifischen Konfiguration mit <strong>3 W\u00e4gezellen (5, 50 und 500 kg)<\/strong>, die Pr\u00fcfungen bis zu 10 kN (1.000 kg) durchf\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen.
