Description
Four machines in one.
This universal instrument for compression and tensile tests operates
with computerized numeric control and includes a computer, color monitor,
and Windows XP based software programs.
- It is suitable for spring tests - through the necessary software
tools - and for wire tension for springs or any other material.
- Tensile test, compression tests, bending tests and shearing stress
tests can all be performed.
- DC drive, motor control set to 1,000Hz.
Load cell reading is performed 100 times per second and minimum resolution
is 32,700 pitches (this can be increased by slowing down cell reading).
- The machine has 2 columns structure and recirculating ball screws.
A maximum of three test cells can be inserted. Loads can be
combined, at will, from 1 Kg. to 5,000 Kg.
Cells are always in place and active.
There is no need to remove them. You can simply choose which one to
use via the software. Cells are protected from overload at
all times, even when not in use.
In the event of unpredicted shocks or out of scale conditions, the
axis will be unlocked automatically.
Also equipped for tension alone or compression alone.
- This instrument allows for sinusoidal profile stress cycles.
On top of preserving the machine, this feature will provide remarkable
performance notwithstanding the fact that drive is afforded by ball
screw. |

Description
Combined machine including tensile and compression tester. It operates
with computer, touch screen, and Windows XP based software programs.
It is suitable for spring tests - through the necessary software tools
- and for wire tension for springs or any other object.
Tensile test, compression tests, bending tests and shearing stress
tests can all be performed. In fact, besides being a spring tester,
this machine is also a universal testing instrument.

 SPRING
TESTER 2C series |
Description
Equipment capable of carrying out compression and tensile tests. Suitable
for spring tests.
The equipment is manually operated.
Fast and slow speed can be selected.
Two (2) cells can be inserted in a range from 1 to 500 Kg.
The structure is self-bearing. Test space is enclosed between two
columns in order to give greater stiffness to the frame.
Upper crosstie with holes enables an easy assembly of guiding spring
rod. The rod is also used as safety device for tests on unstable springs.
The spring tester is supplied with a digital optical line for length
measurements with 0.01 mm indexing and electronic load cell to test
spring strength.
Automatic compensation of cell give.
This model can also be supplied with a passive computer capable of
reading and displaying results and result diagrams on screen. Our
data storage program enables test records and certificates to be printed.

Description

This is a manual operation instrument offering two speeds, fast and
slow.
Two adjustable stops are provided for sets of tests.
"C" structure with 197 mm working width.
Two (2) cells can be inserted in a range from 1 to 50 Kg.
The instrument is equipped with digital optic line for length measurements
with 0.01 indexing
and electronic load cell to test spring strength.

Clutches and clutch discs: for measuring the contact pressure while
loading and unloading as well as for measuring the stroke of the clutch
thrust plates. For determining the elasticity of linings as well as
the elasticity of compression between the lining and the hub of the
clutch disc.
Control of the test procedure, data acquisition and display as well
as data organization and statistical analysis will be carried out
by means of one computer with Windows '98 programs.

 AURA

Description
The AURA universal machine carries out tensile tests to EN 10003 standard
with class 1 or better precision. This machine is capable of carrying
out tensile and compression tests, bend tests, and tests on springs.
It works with the relative Windows XP based software.
Test materials include: metals, plastics, paper, ropes, chains, and
other materials.
The mechanical construction consists of ball bearing screws, columns,
mobile cross head, protection guards according to EC directives, encoder
for height measuring - min. pitch 0.003 mm., direct current motor.
The machine can be fitted with up to three self-controlling cells.
