| Description An innovative instrument that allows 100% control over standard and night time production. This system is capable of measuring and correcting both spring length and diameter coil by coil. Thanks to new developments in our programme, now spring pitch can also be measured on each coil. The set consists of a very high definition camera, - a PC box, a very convenient touch screen, - an articulated arm for proper camera positioning, a light box. It can replace any comparator you may already have in use, enhancing quality as well as increasing quantity of production. Output can be subdivided into up to 8 groups by means of a sorter designed by us or, you can have your existing sorter do it. The software allows production to be halted based on a number of criteria such as set quantity reached, after X consecutive springs are out of tolerance etc. Customized certificates can be printed. |

| Description Dual-axis geometric measurement digital system. With the help of a geometric measurement processor and a camera, you can view magnified mechanical details on a 17" colour monitor; the points you need for your specific measurements can be identified by moving the X-Y table by hand. Additionally, you can print and save reports. The system is supplied complete with PC, Windows 2000 and a colour printer. |
